How Does it work?
The InBody uses BIA or Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis to precisely measure body composition by sending multiple electrical currents through the body. This results in different impedance readings for the trunk and each of the four limbs. The currents are very mild – you won’t feel a thing.
How should I prepare for my scan?
Do not eat for at least 3 hours prior to your scan and make sure you are hydrated. It is best to wear comfy or light weight clothing. You will remove your shoes and socks and empty your pockets. The scan takes just over a minute to complete.
